Our Champagne Evening at Restaurant alto is an invitation to discover the diversity and finesse of Champagne in all its facets.

Look forward to a finely composed four-course menu, thoughtfully designed to complement the character of selected Champagnes: from an elegant Blanc de Blancs to an expressive vintage Champagne and a characterful rosé. Each course is precisely matched – aromatic, balanced, and guided by the sense of harmony that defines the cuisine of alto.

Your host for the evening is Jürgen Giesel, sommelier from Lobenberg. With extensive expertise, in-depth knowledge and engaging anecdotes, he will take you into the world of the renowned Champagne houses – exploring origin, style and the stories behind the cuvées.

An evening of depth, pleasure and sparkling discoveries – personally hosted and consciously curated.
