Head chef Janes Gerdes serves tender US short ribs, as well as farm-raised duck and salmon fillet with delicious accompaniments, at the live cooking station. You can also enjoy winter-themed starters and homemade spreads from our buffet. To round off the meal, hot waffles with cherries, warm apple crumble, cheesecake and Christmas stollen await you.

For the children, there is a lovingly prepared buffet as well as a supervised arts and crafts corner where they can get creative.
